@AsdaServiceTeam what is the point of your pizza counters? They cannot be relied upon, at least 50% of the time they have no staff on them. How about training more staff? Thankfully Morrisons have now opened a pizza counter and seem to have more trained staff.

Went to Asda pilsworth tonight - pizza person on a break. 3 other staff couldn’t help and couldn’t tell me when she’d be back. This happens a good 50% time. It’s pretty much the same story at Radcliffe too.

It’s gone wrong since I joined them on an EV tariff, they’ve billed me for all my usage on the higher rate. Nobody takes ownership, no-one rings back and nobody helps. They know they are crap and don’t care

I just rang @BritishGas chasing my promised phone call from last week. The person directed me to their complaints policy online which states they have 8 weeks to sort it out. That’s on then I responded; make promises and don’t keep them because you’ve got 8 weeks.
I can’t speak directly with complaints. My complaint can’t be escalated. I can’t complain about Usman the @BritishGas complaints handler because they don’t take complaints about colleagues. Do yourself a favour all and avoid @BritishGas

@dazzzzz5@BritishGas I feel your pain. I’m having similar issues and their customers service is woeful. No ownership and no attempt to resolve. I was promised a call back last week and when it didn’t happen I contact back they said it’s acceptable as they have 8 weeks to resolve complaints.

I’d say I was suprised that it’s been nearly a week since my @BritishGas replaced my smart meter that was working fine until I joined them and I haven’t received a promised call back from complaints - but I’m not
Are @BritishGas going to voluntarily put things right? Well they’re not ranked in the bottom 3 energy companies for customer service. The only surprising thing is that they’re not bottom and there is a company worse.
I’m also not surprised that upon receiving meter readings now from the new meter that @BritishGas have sent me a bill, which they have chosen to bill entire usage for the last 3 months at the higher rate. A bill that sees £607 for 64 days usage.

Hi @BritishGas are you able to help me with my smart meter/billing issue. My BG installed meter isn’t sending readings and I’m on an EV tariff so quite a big issue. I’ve been online/phone but you just want me to give a manual reading and not answer how I’m going to be billed
