@TfL trying to pay a red route PCN on the Tfl website. Its not working and last time i tried to pay at the weekend it didn't work either. On the PCN there is no phone number you can use. So how can i pay?

@UKLabour our GP forces us to use the internet and doenst take phone appointments anymore - and it told us that was because of goverment policy - so of course internet appointments are up if that is the only option @UKLabour
