@RoyalMail it would appear that we have not had any deliveries since around 12 November. Appreciate we donβt have post every day but I know itβs gone awry as I am waiting on a weekly subscription magazine. How do I find out what is going on? This has happened previously.
@OctopusEnergy just want to say thank you to Hector and the rest of the team on here. Thanks to your input and support my issue that kicked off in August has been successfully resolved this evening. I hope Octopus Energy appreciate what a good job you do.
@OctopusEnergy could someone please reply to a DM I sent last night, replied to an email from one of your managers, someone else replied, in total disbelief in the reply given my account is supposedly in escalation. I just need the question I asked answered.
