Everything you need to know about how insane $RDDT is can be summed up in the numbers.
They tell the whole story and it’s so simple.
Gross margin: 91.5%. That is seven straight quarters above 90%. For every dollar of revenue they keep over 91 cents.
That is software margin most companies only dream of.
Revenue: $663 million last quarter. Up 69% year over year. The seventh consecutive quarter of growth above 60%. Advertising alone grew 74%.
And it scales over almost nothing. Capital expenditures were $1 million. That is 0.2% of revenue. They generated $311 million in free cash flow at a 47% margin while spending basically nothing to do it.
Net income went from $26 million to $204 million in a single year. EPS up over 7x.
As management put it, across more than 300 public tech companies there is only one that combines this growth, this profitability, and this efficiency. That is Reddit.
The numbers tell the whole story. This is one of the best business models in the entire market.
The numbers that $RDDT puts out tells you that it is one of the best businesses in the entire market right now.
$RDDT runs a 91.5% gross margin. For every dollar of revenue they keep over 91 cents in gross profit.
That is software-level margin territory that even most elite software companies never reach.
And it makes sense once you understand the model. The content is created for free by millions of users. Reddit just monetizes the conversation on top of it.
Now layer on the growth. Q1 revenue of $663 million. Up 69% year over year. Seven straight quarters of revenue growth over 60%.
Ad revenue up 74%. Net income of $204 million at a 31% net margin. Adjusted EBITDA margin of 40%.
Operating cash flow of $312 million. And here is the kicker. Capital expenditures were $1 million. One million. They generate over $300 million in free cash flow while spending almost nothing to do it.
That is one of the most capital efficient business models in existence.
And then there is the AI angle that makes this truly unique. Reddit sits on over 25 billion posts and comments of authentic human conversation.
In a world being flooded by AI generated content, real human discussion is becoming a scarce and incredibly valuable resource.
Every major AI model needs high quality human data to train on, and Reddit owns one of the largest archives of it on earth. They license that data and it is becoming a structural advantage that compounds.
91% gross margins. 69% revenue growth. Massive free cash flow. A billion dollar buyback. And a data moat that gets more valuable as AI scales.
This is a one of one business and the market is still figuring out what it is actually worth.
10 stocks I will be watching going into the SpaceX IPO next week:
1. $STM - STMicroelectronics
The most direct SpaceX supply chain play you can buy. STM's BiCMOS chips power every Starlink phased-array antenna across 10,000+ satellites and millions of user terminals. Decade-long partnership. Close to 90% market share in LEO satellite semiconductors. Space revenue targeting $1B in 2026, with $3B+ cumulative from 2026 through 2028. Revenue up 23% YoY.
It's September 2026, stocks I bought under $20 and they exploded 1000%
1. $KEEL – Former Bitfarms. 2.2 GW pipeline. Hyperscaler leases incoming. Cheapest GW-scale AI land play (Leopold call)
2. $SATL – Satellite imagery feeds AI training + defense targeting. Fresh DoD contract proves the demand is real. $SPCX SPACEX play
3. $LAES – Every AI agent needs quantum-proof identity. SEALSQ embeds PQC in silicon. The security layer AI can't run without.
4. $POET – Optical Interposer replaces copper in AI clusters. Light moves data faster at half the energy. 800G design wins at record pace.
5. $ONDS – Wireless OS for AI-driven industrial drones. Defense + logistics demand exploding. First-mover advantage. (Trump call)
6. $CIFR – Massive power assets pivoting to HPC. Market repricing it as AI infrastructure owner, not just a crypto miner. Same as $IREN $CRWV $NBIS
7. $BTDR – AI cloud ARR up 60% MoM. 92% GPU utilization. 3 GW global capacity. Own-chip design cuts cost to near zero.
8. $CLSK – Situational Awareness fund loaded 12M+ shares. Massive power footprint waiting to flip into AI colocation. (Leopold bought)
9. $HIVE.TO – Canada's largest AI gigafactory incoming. 100K GPU build-out on 100% renewable power. $225M ARR target.
10. $NOK – Restructuring entirely around AI data center networking. $4B US bet. Optical division feeding hyperscalers directly.

Just a reminder that Liberals are willing to take fear-mongering to a whole new level to get Canadians to comply.
Who can forget this House of Commons scene from 2 years ago.
Mark Holland guilted innocent children into thinking they were going to destroy the future of the planet if they went on a vacation with Mom & Dad.
"Give up the future of the planet. Don't worry kids, about climate change. Don't worry about taking action on the planet. Let the planet burn".
What a complete asshole. And his fellow Liberal MPs applauded like the brain dead idiots they are.
Fast forward to today. Liberals are encouraging people to visit our national parks by offering free access for the summer.
P.S. Holland is the CEO of the Canadian National Exhibition, an organization that relies 100% on tourism for its survival.
Moore's Law is dead. AI is ALL about Z-Axis.
Advanced Packaging. 3D Stacking. HBM. CoWoS.
AI doesn't scale on flat plane anymore. It scales upward. The companies that own the Z-Axis own the next decade of AI compute.

@echipiuk Unfortunately, if you question authority, your bank account will get frozen and you will lose your licence to practice. Soon, the government will be reading all your messages as well.
"The biggest mistake is people thinking Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley have the answers. They don't."
Jordi Visser (@jvisserlabs) on the AI edge nobody is using.
His method:
"Every time Jensen Huang gives an interview, I take the YouTube transcript. I drop it in a folder on my computer."
"Only thing in that folder: every Jensen Huang interview this year."
"Then I go to Claude, hit co-work, connect the folder, and ask: which names has he basically told me to buy?"
"You'll be shocked. You're getting seven-baggers all over the place."
Translation: the alpha is no longer in proprietary data. It's public. The edge is using AI to process it faster than the analysts who got paid to read it.
What other transcripts are you not putting through an LLM yet?
🚨 STARSHIP V3 UPGRADES
SpaceX just unveiled Starship Version 3
Every major system redesigned:
> payload tripled to 100 metric tons
> all 33 Raptors now fire simultaneously
> 3 grid fins instead of 4, 50% bigger
> hot-stage adapter now fully reusable
> engine shielding deleted
> fuel transfer tube the size of a Falcon 9 first stage
> 60 Starlink V3 sats per launch
> new docking ports for in-orbit refueling
The redesigned internal fuel transfer tube is so massive, it's literally the size of a Falcon 9 first stage.
