This "TikTok ban" is no such thing.

It is designed to give the President power to force a social media company to either sell themselves to Big Tech, or be banned, if he considers it to be a "foreign adversary".

Here is the criteria for "foreign adversary".

Look at the highlighted one.

It's basically what they've been calling @elonmusk for the past 3 years: "directed by Putin."

They will use this against X, Rumble, and any other platform or website they don't like, and all they have to do is say they're under "control" of a foreign adversary.

If this passes, it will be more destructive to freedom of speech than every other law that has come before it.
