If the company you order with refuse to refund report them as they are in breach of trust

If you have mentioned it to customer service on the phone, this is the start of the 5 days to refund it. They will probably also say your bank is why it's taking long which is a lie

@sgian901 @AsdaServiceTeam I would report the to the correct governing bodies as asda seem to be doing this a lot at the moment. It's is against the law to sale food past it's use by date, and against the law to sale food past it's best before date if the customer is not informed of this.

@paddy1980cfc @asda Asda's good old customer service phone center in Indian, how don't care. I'm afraid they have 5 days to refund your money by law. They could refund within 24 hours if they wanted but will not and will state that its the bank holding the transfer up, which is a lie.

I would report the to the correct governing bodies, as asda don't seem to care, and this need to stop before they harm somebody. Maybe the will listen to the governing bodies cause they don't listen to customers
