@agarwalpacker booked a consignment on 15 May from Guwahati to Kolkata. On 22nd may the goods arrived at Kolkata. I was told that it will be delivered on 25th May. Bt none of the persons or the customer care is responding and till now no update on the status of goods.

This language issue will be resolved if upto a certain level staff are posted in linguistic area.if a staff from Bengal or Bihar is posted in TN then hw will he learn Tamil quickly? It's not a matter of any individual, it's a policy decision.

@idesibanda Pressing someone to learn new language in short period is absurd and illogical. Bt at d same time it is also a concern that many Hindi Speaking officers are openly telling that they will not learn other language but r expecting other non Hindi speaking persons to learn Hindi
