@bandq_help I finally managed to speak to someone after 1 hr 3 minutes by which point the message saying someone will take my call soon etc became beyond disingenuous.
Thanks for responding here. I will contact if I dont get the reply I have been promised within 72hrs!

@bandq_help On hold for 47 mins to cust service about a home delivery. Can I arrange a call back as this is just not good enough! Especially as its about a return that instead of giving me clear instructions on how to return, I keep just getting offered extra discount to keep it!

Been on hold to @BritishGasHelp for over 10 mins trying to make a complaint about the poor service I just received. So now I still havent managed to get what I wanted to do done, and cant speak to anyone. Terrible!
