What can I say.. gutted to be out of the grand slam.. just wasn’t me up on that stage this week, but I’ve had other things on my mind and it makes it so much harder to perform at this level, looking forward to getting back to my son who’s not been well the past few days! 😪❤️

Fellow Ugandans, especially the Bazzukulu, greetings, again. In order to conclude the debate on the rationalization of the parasitic Agencies and Authorities, let us remember that Rationalization involves eliminating irrational practices and reducing waste. I have summarized seven points for you to digest/read.

Let us remember that the NRM aims for socio-economic transformation through mass participation rather than reliance on elite groups. Attached is my message.

[Yoweri K Museveni @KagutaMuseveni]

Fellow Ugandans, especially the Bazzukulu. Greetings, again.

Further to my piece of yesterday regarding the rationalization of the parasitic Agencies and Authorities, I have added the following five points:

1. The meaning of Rationalization
2. We need seed multipliers.
3. NAADS and UCDA were supposed to be multipliers and distributors of these seedlings, how effective were they?
4. UCDA is irrationally hijacking the Government role of taxing by collecting what they call cess.
5. We definitely need and shall always have a regulator. Who is the authorized regulator- i.e. quality and safety controller- in a country?
