@oiclinsurance I am urgently seeking intervention regarding my health insurance policy No. 142600/48/2026/1857, expiring on 11 Sept 2026.

I requested a change of agent and proposed Mr. Jayeshkumar Mafatlal Prajapati (Code: BA0000130970) after obtaining his verbal consent. However, after my request was rejected by the office, I was informed that the proposed agent had declined my policy.

I have serious concerns regarding the handling of my request by Mr. J. N. Raval, DO (Code: NA0000004767), who appeared reluctant to facilitate the agent change from the beginning.

I request @oiclinsurance urgently investigate the matter, provide me an alternative authorized agent if required, and issue my renewal link immediately. I do not want an internal agent-related issue to jeopardize my insurance coverage.

I have been associated with Oriental Insurance for years and sincerely wish to continue my policy. I request fair treatment and urgent intervention before 11 September 2026.
