We landed yesterday on Chicago airport and 4 of our checked in baggage did now show up on the baggage claim carousel for EY 151 on 10th August from AUH to ORD. We were not give any PIR ref number. Please advise how we can trace our bags.

Very irresponsible and terrible service by airlines. Very unfair to do this to young students who need their luggage as it's the first trip to USA away from hme

I flew from Abu Dhabi to Chicago on the 8th of August in EY151 and the baggage was delayed.
I’d like to get an update on where is my luggage. There’s literally nobody to contact or ask for an update! If you could update me on this, I’d be glad!

It was the worst experience travelling with @etihad airways, they lost one of my check-in bags and they are still not able to retrieve it. I would highly recommend not to travel with Etihad airways. Travelled on 10th Aug still haven’t received the bags yet, very disorganised.

@etihad - My father arrived in Chicago from Abu Dabhi on Monday evening but his checked in baggage did not arrive. We were told that the baggage was never put on the flight from Abu Dabhi. No one at @etihad desk in Chicago airport knows anything!!!!

@etihad - Flight #EY151 got delayed from Abu Dhabi due to some technical problems and when we landed at Chicago, 80% passengers did not receive their checked in bags. There is no follow up from Etihad and its been two days. no response at email or phone provided to customers.
