These recordings a great opportunity to watch the amazing panels you missed this summer and can also be great teaching resources on emerging methods in the field.
Thank you again to all our terrific presenters and discussants for helping create such a great event.
Excited to announce that many of the panels from our summer conference have now been posted to our website at: https://t.co/2iwrdvIL1X
Some others will be available to conference attendees as well.
Well said, @Jacob_Montg. @BetsySinclair1 talked me into organizing the program for @PolMeth2022 despite never having attended a meeting before! She said “Make the program you’d want to attend.” Glad I did. Hope others found it open, supportive, & varied in options & approaches.
@PolMeth2022 was my first ever in-person conference experience and it's phenomenal. Presented my poster, learned a ton from scholars I've long admired, and met with new & old friends. It's humbling and empowering. Huge Thank You to the WashU team and everyone involved.
I had an amazing time at my 1st #PolMeth! Thanks @norawwilliams for your support! Thanks @cd_lucas and @ahalterman for the great feedback! I'm grateful to be working on this with @SKimLeffingwell. Hopefully I will return many more times but as a graduate student! #PolMeth2022
I spoke at POLMETH industry research #altac panel yesterday w/ awesome co-panelists @kabir_here, @sarahsled, @drewlinzer, thx @Jacob_Montg who organized.
We talked about industry research in government contracting, the non-profit sector, and in tech.

Starting my first tweet to say I LOVE my first @PolMeth2022 experience. It was incredible time with lots of light bulb moments. Glad to meet my amazing discussants @michtorresp and @norawwilliams. I also deeply appreciate great feedback for my poster/project to move forward🥰📷
Here's the poster I presented @polmeth2022! I outline a generalized framework for stance detection as an entailment classification task and present applications with zero-shot language models. Feedback welcome, paper on my website!
Had an incredible time at @PolMeth2022! Both the panels and posters were top notch. Thank you to everyone for the detailed feedback (and you can still check out my poster on candidate ideology here: https://t.co/vzA7qPaVIc) - excited to continue working on this project!
