What works:
Lower the stakes.
Ask questions that make them argue against
themselves.
Plant one piece of evidence. Walk away.

When anxious - your brain queries trusted people who agree with you.

When defensive -it queries those who contradict what you're fighting against.

The bias hides in the query, not the data

Why do you keep believing things your favorite teacher said - even when wrong?

High trust literally raises your brain's threshold for skepticism.

It's not weakness. Trust is a compute-saving shortcut.

The cost is you carry their errors as your own.

You don't "stop hallucinating" - your brain runs out of compute to do it.

Trusted conversation eats ~70% of cognitive budget. Nothing left for daydreams, voices, fantasies.

This is why lonely people hallucinate more.
Not weakness. Architecture.

Brain takes input → produces output

Reality:
Brain produces predictions continuously
Input arrives - checked against predictions
Mismatches triggered
No input = no corrections
No corrections = predictions run unchecked

Predictions become reality

Have no body
Have no continuous sensors
Have no proprioception
Have no chemical state
Have no temporal continuity between calls

They live in a permanent white room.

Every object the brain detects gets passed through a classification gate , functional or non-functional, which loads different parameter sets, but runs the same comparison engine, that decides how to relate to the object, before conscious thought arrives.

We are in the era of shift in IT technology, now computers can generate data by their own. So data generators are in fear.

What computers still can’t do is,

- create value.
- understand human need ( trends )
- human emotions about things ( keyword is in trend is for )
