ChatGPT Sites built me a real client app: database, sign-in, saved records, and a hosted URL.
Then I tried to move it.
The app had roughly 3,400 lines of code. About 2,400 moved untouched. The other 1,040 had to be rewritten.
Every rewritten line lived in the same two places.
Most real estate agents using AI are paying an “intelligence tax.”
They’re renting the same default brain everyone else is using.
