@SkodaIndia [5/5]I was lied to when i was told the car has been allotted. My whole delivery experience, all the excitement my family and friends had for a new car, all that is ruined.I will loose 35k+ because of poor communication and false promises from Skoda.

I had booked a Skoda Slavia 1.5 Style DSG Lava blue on 7th May via Kamal Kishore Skoda showroom located at Faizabad road in Lucknow. I was promised the delivery on 24th May.

@SkodaIndia [4/5]I work in Bangalore and Lucknow is my hometown. I booked my tickets and asked for work from home from my employer and my 2 friends to help me drive it from Lucknow to Bangalore. This trip was planned around the delivery date and the cost of hotel and flight crosses 35k+.

@SkodaIndia [3/5]When i called the showroom for confirmation of delivery, they said that the delivery will not happen on 24th instead will be done by 30th May. Later after talking to GM of Kamal Kishore Skoda, i got to know the car was never allotted to me.

@SkodaIndia [2/5]I was even told by the sales guy that the car has been allotted and will arrive in a week or so hence 24th May was agreed upon as delivery date.
The sales person was on leave for 2 days and hasn't been receiving my calls.
