1) You don't rise to the level of your goals. You fall to the level of your systems.
2) Every action you take is a vote for the type of person you wish to become.
3) Decide the type of person you want to be. Prove it to yourself with small wins.
If you build good systems, you don't need to worry about goals.
Example: if you are in the habit of exercising 10-15mins a day- most likely, you won't even need to set the 'goal' of losing 20kgs in the first place.
Everyone thinks about getting a higher salary.
But, if we think about adding value, our salary would improve automatically.
Adding value is simple:
- Help your boss.
- Help your colleagues.
- And help yourself by picking new skills.
Your career will take care of itself
