मौलाना अबुल कलाम गार्डन, अजित गिलास गार्डन रोड, ओशिवरा, जोगेश्वरी पश्चिम, वार्ड क्रमांक 62 में गार्डन के दोनों प्रवेश द्वारों के बाहर फुटपाथ पर पुनः अवैध कब्जा किया जा रहा है।

गौरतलब है कि एक सप्ताह पूर्व बीएमसी द्वारा उक्त अवैध अतिक्रमण के विरुद्ध तोड़क कार्रवाई की गई थी, लेकिन कार्रवाई के बावजूद फिर से अवैध निर्माण और कब्जा किया जा रहा है।

इससे स्पष्ट होता है कि अतिक्रमणकारियों में कानून का कोई भय नहीं है तथा वे प्रशासनिक कार्रवाई को खुली चुनौती दे रहे हैं।

प्रश्न यह है कि जब बीएमसी ने पहले ही अतिक्रमण हटाया था, तो अब दोबारा हो रहे इस अवैध कब्जे के लिए जिम्मेदार कौन है❓

संबंधित बीएमसी अधिकारियों, अतिक्रमण विभाग तथा स्थानीय प्रशासन को तत्काल मौके का निरीक्षण कर दोषियों के विरुद्ध सख्त कार्रवाई करनी चाहिए, ताकि सरकारी भूमि और फुटपाथों पर हो रहे अवैध कब्जों पर स्थायी रूप से रोक लगाई जा सके।

जनहित में इस मामले की तत्काल जांच कर उचित कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाए।
