@JulieStrevens @MrARawlings How do you define effectively? My colleagues are all highly experienced and I’ve followed similar to their boards. Not with the same skill and knowledge but working walls, a wall of fame for work chn want to celebrate, reading displays and topic walls. Appreciate the apology tho.

@JulieStrevens @MrARawlings I don’t recall mentioning my enthusiasm levels, just that I don’t like boards and this year my class have not used them. Thank you for your opinion though. It does not mean that I won’t be trying again from September. It was reassuring to find someone who shared my opinion.
