I'm devastated to know that I suffer from a dreadful chronic condition called aging and in 100% of cases the prognosis is steady decline and death. Dr's say maximum life expectancy for someone with my condition is 122 years however most only make it to 75 years. No current cure.

As for your views on aging "not being a enemy" and that death by aging needs to be "accepted" and it's for a "reason" may you NEVER be allowed near a aged care resident lest you cause them psychological injury.

@peterottsjo The current editor is not very smart. If a newspaper advocates for aging and death and they get a certain % of buy-in they are simply guaranteeing the loss of their readership base because those pro-death readers will get old then cease to exist. Stunning smooth brain journalism!

@iXeno @MarcosArrut Aging and dying is NOT graceful. It's expensive, undignified, distressing and ugly and burdens surviving loved ones with never-ending grief and loss. You should be forced to LARP as a crepe skinned nappy wearing, toothless, arthritic, glaucoma, dementia ridden age care resident.

122 years, of which you can only effectively leverage 40 'youth' years is no where near long enough time to exist and do the things you want to do and experience. Dying by aging needs to be optional.#fuckaging.

@emilkendziorra What would REALLY be epic is if we could apply the Hans Solo effect. You lock yourself in for 100 years in the hopes that during the time you are in stasis we develop the technology to reach LEV. You get woken up and bam! Your good to go.

One of my favourite poems written by Welshman Dylan Thomas sums up my attitude towards how much I hate aging and dying from it if we don't reach LEV
