@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @consaff Airtel junction boxes have a limited capacity, typically around 10-20 connections. But Airtel engineers often remove existing customer cables to make room for new one. Its pure Negligence and Lack of Accountability and there is no round-the-clock proactive network monitoring.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel Engineer Removed My Cable to Install a New Customer in the junction box and this is not the first time. They are practicing unethical and unacceptable form of servicing customer. You guys think customer will not raise any issue. @consaff check this kind of service.
