Marketing math formula: Internet + ethnography = netnography. #Netnography allows researchers to “follow” the online world of consumers via social media. This method is cheaper, simpler and more accessible compared to traditional ethnography. #startupsummer21

Kelly explained how the first 10 hashtags she uses on her posts are #broad & cover the overarching theme of her posts. Then, she uses 10 intentional hashtags, ones that are more #niche. Her last 10 hashtags are hyper focused & very #specific. #startupsummer21
