B7H3 (CD276) is an immune checkpoint and is widely expressed on tumor cell. The B7H3/TROP2 ADC shows significant activity especially in small cell lung cancer and head and neck cancer. Toxicity reflects the payload. B7H3 levels by IHC didn’t correlate with outcome @NatureMedicine
