@mtpennycook @instituteforgov 40 years is not an orderly end. Sort out enfranchisement, then those who want to can buy their freehold.

@NormaCohen3 Especially when the salesperson says you can buy your freehold at anytime for 10x ground rent. Then don't tell you that it will in fact be sold on to a third party and you'll then have to pay 50x ground rent to buy it.
