We progressivly get smarter by seeing patterns and developing strategies. With enough time the average guy would become a pro and eventually win. That's how the brain works

@maraisbored MTG has a cycle of seeding new keywords and abilities, where first gen is like ' okay neat but i can only do so much' but then 3-4 years later it's like 'oh there's more x mechanic cards now it's super powerful' . Then certain old cards with those mechanics go up in price...
