आज, #अंतरराष्ट्रीयबालश्रमनिषेधदिवस (12 जून 2026) के अवसर पर जस्ट राइट्स फॉर चिल्ड्रेन @JustRightsIndia के संस्थापक श्री भुवन ऋभु @Bhuwan_Ribhu ने अपने संबोधन में वर्ष 2027 तक उत्तर प्रदेश को बाल श्रम मुक्त राज्य बनाने के संकल्प के लिए उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार को बधाई दी और इस लक्ष्य को साकार करने की एक ठोस कार्ययोजना प्रस्तुत की।

#बालश्रममुक्तउत्तरप्रदेश की यह पहल विकसित भारत के निर्माण तथा प्रत्येक बच्चे के संरक्षण, शिक्षा और गरिमापूर्ण जीवन के अधिकार को सुनिश्चित करने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम है।
कार्यक्रम क��� दौरान उत्तर प्रदेश के 16 जिलों के 141 चिन्हित हॉट स्पॉट क्षेत्रों को बाल श्रम मुक्त घोषित किया गया।

21 Minor Girls Rescued from Orchestra Groups in Bihar

In a joint operation led by Saran Police (@SaranPolice), AHTU, @protectwithAVA Team, and Narayani Seva Sansthan (@SevaNarayani ), 21 minor girls, including 7 from #Nepal, were rescued from orchestra groups in Bihar’s Saran district, and 11 accused were arrested.

The girls had been trafficked from multiple states and lured with false promises before being forced into exploitative conditions.

91 Children Rescued from Forced Labour in Surat Saree Industry

In a major breakthrough against child trafficking, 91 children aged 8 to 17 years were rescued from forced labour in #Surat’s saree industry through a joint operation by Association for Voluntary Action @ProtectWithAVA Team, @JustRightsIndia partner Gayatri Seva Sansthan @GayatriSewa , Rajasthan Police (@PoliceRajasthan) , and Gujarat Police (@GujaratPolice) .

The children had been trafficked from #Rajasthan, #UttarPradesh, and #Jharkhand and were identified after sustained ground-level tracking and verification by the team.

We thank all officials and partner organisations involved for their swift and coordinated action. Legal proceedings are currently underway.

गोपालगंज में 40 से अधिक नाबालिग बच्चियों को आर्केस्ट्रा समूहों से मुक्त कराया गया

बिहार के गोपालगंज जिले में ट्रैफिकिंग और शोषण के खिलाफ हालिया समय की सबसे बड़ी कार्रवाइयों में से एक में 40 से अधिक नाबालिग बच्चियों को मुक्त कराया गया और 22 आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार किया गया।

बिहार पुलिस, एसोसिएशन फॉर वॉलंटरी एक्शन (@ProtectWithAVA ), नारायणी सेवा संस्थान (@SevaNarayani ) और अन्य एजेंसियों द्वारा चलाए गए इस संयुक्त अभियान ने एक संगठित ट्रैफिकिंग नेटवर्क का खुलासा किया, जहां 10 से 17 वर्ष की बच्चियों को विभिन्न राज्यों से लाकर शोषण और उत्पीड़न के दलदल में धकेला जा रहा था।

#AVA और सहयोगी संगठनों ने कई सप्ताह तक इन आर्केस्ट्रा समूहों की गतिविधियों पर निगरानी रखने के बाद यह कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित की। यह ��भियान बताता है कि ट्रैफिकिंग के खिलाफ राज्यों के बीच मजबूत समन्वय, जवाबदेही और निरंतर निगरानी कितनी आवश्यक है।

13 Children Rescued from Trafficking in Kabirdham

In a coordinated operation, 13 children from the #Baigatribalcommunity were rescued from hazardous labour in Kabirdham @KabirdhamDist , Chhattisgarh, and 10 traffickers were arrested.

The #baigatribe are classified as a Particularly Vulnerable Tribal Group (PVTG), highlighting the heightened risk faced by such communities. This rescue underscores the urgent need to protect children from exploitation.

Acting on intelligence tracked by @ProtectWithAVA , the District Police (@CG_Police ), #Childline, and WCD Department (@WCDCgGov ) intervened swiftly to stop the network.

We thank SP Dharmendra Singh (@Dharmen98563777) for his decisive leadership and prompt action.

All children are now under care and will be supported through rehabilitation and education.

167 minors rescued from Patna–Purna Express at Katni Station.

On 11th April, in a major intervention at Katni railway station, 167 minors travelling on the Patna Purna Express were rescued in a joint action with Railway Protection Force @RPF_INDIA amid strong suspicion of #trafficking. Many of the children were reportedly being moved under unclear circumstances, raising serious concerns of organised movement through rail routes.

This action followed earlier intelligence inputs by team AVA @ProtectWithAVA,flagging the movement of a large number of children on the same route, reinforcing the importance of early alerts and coordinated response systems

Rail networks continue to be critical corridors for trafficking. Disrupting movement at transit points is key to prevention.

Cross-Border Trafficking Disrupted. Child Rescued.

A joint operation in #Sitamarhi, Bihar, led to the rescue of a 16-year-old minor girl from Nepal who had been trafficked and held in a red light area for nearly two years.

Acting on information from the child’s father, Association for Voluntary Action (@ProtectWithAVA ), in a joint operation with Sitamarhi Police @bihar_police and Anti Human Trafficking Unit (#AHTU), conducted a targeted raid to secure her release.

The child has now been safely recovered and reunited with her family. Legal proceedings have been initiated against those responsible for her exploitation.

17 Children Rescued. Enforcement Activated.

A coordinated rescue operation in Jangpura, Delhi, led to the identification and rescue of 17 children engaged in child labour.

The action was carried out by the AVA team in collaboration with Just Rights for Children @JustRightsIndia partner BAL VIKAS DHARA @balvikasdhara93 , Delhi Police @DelhiPolice , and the Labour Department. Children were found working across motorcycle repair shops, furniture units, and roadside dhabas. They belonged to #Bihar, #UttarPradesh, and #Nepal, and had been in labour for periods ranging from 2 months to 4 years.

Despite on-ground disruption and crowd interference, the operation was executed successfully, with 10 premises sealed during the operation.

Timely Action Prevents Trafficking of 5 Children

On 20 March 2026, the Association for Voluntary Action (@ProtectWithAVA), with AHTU @RPF_INDIA (NR) Lucknow, rescued five minor boys from trafficking during a joint operation on the Sabarmati Jan Sadharan Express between Lucknow and Unnao. One accused was apprehended.

The children, from #Bihar, were lured with false promises and taken to Rajasthan for child labour. They were safely rescued at Unnao Railway Station and produced before the CWC with support from Childline.

An FIR has been registered under Section 143(5) of the BNS.
