@TannerGoods i know it’s a busy time of year but is anyone responding to customer service emails at the moment. I’ve send 8 emails in the last 10 days with no response.
@Iberia_en please respond - I have tried calling customer service 16 times over the course of 4 days to reschedule a canceled flight. Nobody answers phone or email.
