Somehow you cancel a trip and I can’t get my bags back, can’t even find them. Trip will cost me $$ in unexpected travel costs and days of time - direct damages and no accountability.
@united I’ve been a loyal customer for 20 years, through think and thin, but have to say I have never experienced disappointment like I have in the last 12 hours. Cancellations, bags missing, needing to get to another airport 4 hours away and NO ability to talk to an agent.
@GM I really enjoyed having a suburban until I had to wait 2 weeks for you to tell me you were NOT going to stand behind your transmission after 72K miles. Terrible customer service and my family needs wheels. Too many other good options out there.
