Had two really bad online shopping encounters recently - both on sites that claimed to be "craftsmean" or "artisan" makers in UK and US, who suddenly shipped from China when I put my order through...

Most expensive nit comb (and unwanted and unnecessary" you can imagine. Contacted "Almondsa" for a refund and instructions to return it ... they offered me $4 refund. Choosing to be amused at the absolute horsesh!t of that offer, rather than insulted.
