Next time, before comparing services of Public Sector Banks to Private Banks, everyone should understand the Customers which the Public Sector Bankers are catering to in comparison to Private Banks.

Most of the Lower Income group people will feel uneasy to enter a Private Bank while they enters a Public Sector Bank comfortably.

The level of work pressure has increased exponentially in PSBs due to several good initiatives like PMJDY and initiatives like Insurance for all PMJBY, PMSBY were advertised through the Banks , while the Staff Strength was not increased in that proportion.
