@TLRailUK It is becoming diabolical everyday there is an issue, every year the price increases. It is not fair. You hide behind small refunds which is covered by the annual increase, perhaps the rules should be a full refund and then this may encourage you to get the service right and fair

@British_Airways Hi Fiona, this is not what the uk gov or ba website advised. I know it isnt your fault but is incredibly misleading. The uk gov website which was repeated on https://t.co/YgNMf8s3yc mentioned a predeparture test from 4am on Tuesday 7 Dec. This has created chaotic scenes at JFK
