Do we know due to hard evidence it is the fusion centers, or have people just generally assumed it was them? I was targeted long before the advent of fusion centers and 9/11, so at least before there were fusion centers, there was gangstalking. And it was a very mature operation, with parent gangstalkers deploying their children in the schools under adult intel officers, whose job it was to build files on all the children, and sabotage any gifted kids who looked like they might upset the elite's little party at the top when they grew up. I am all for blaming whoever is behind this, but if it were something like SAIC, running it in the private sector on a contract basis for CIA or something then fusion centers would not even be involved.

I find it hard to believe they are running follows out of some place filled with sworn LE. I have family who were cops, and they would not have stood for this. It feels like wherever the command centers running follows and harassment ops are, they will be filled with CIA or private defense contractor operatives, and it will only make contact with LE where it has to, to show targets it controls law enforcement as well. I suspect Data Centers will have offices in some key-card access only section where this stuff is centered.
