Otherwise they’ll call you to confirm that you’re waiting for delivery or guests and then send them upstairs to you.
(Mostly for condos/owners)

Every delivery of every kind stopped with the doorman at the front desk.
You were notified and you came down to the lobby to retrieve your things.
Non-residents aren’t allowed past security.
