Our tribute to long-time #NDP staffer Jamie Burgess (@dockturtle) who passed away suddenly last week. Jamie is remembered by many in the #cdnpoli community for his love of family, fishing, music and his wonderful sense of humour.
@BRCustServ having trouble processing return online - says it’s ineligible because it has been more than 45 days since my purchase despite the fact that COVID return policy has extended returns to 90 days (and that it took 35 days for that order to get to me after being placed).
@BRCustServ placed an order on May 18, received shipping info on May 29 stating expected delivery was June 4, went to track package and indicates that it still hasn’t been received by UPS and is still at BR warehouse. It’s been over 4 weeks.
@BestBuyCanada@BestBuyCanHelp on March 8 - went into store to return broken Fitbit, was told to use mail-in system for extended warranty as it was “faster”. Mar 14 UPS delivers broken Fitbit to BestBuy. May 2 - after multiple calls with @GeekSquad still nothing...
