నంద్యాల జిల్లా & పట్టణంలోని సర్వే నం: 2311 నందు గల 70 కుటుంబాలు 3 దశాబ్దాల నుండి చేస్తున్న పోరాటాన్ని గుర్తించి, మా స్వార్జితంతో అప్పటి చట్టాలకు లోబడి; MRO, SRO, Stamp Vendors & పలువురు సాక్షుల సమక్షంలో న్యాయబద్ధంగా కొనుగోలు చేసిన మా ఆస్తుల్ని(దస్తావేజుల కాపి జత చేయబడింది) IRA 1908, Sec 22A నిషేధిత జాబితా నుండి తొలగించి మాకు స్వాధీనపరుస్తారని ప్రార్థిస్తున్నాం.
* మేము ఇక్కడ MLA లని , కలెక్టర్ గార్ని, మున్సిపల్ కమిషనర్ గారిని చాలా సార్లు కలిసి మా గోడును విన్నవించుకుంటూ ఉన్నాం..కానీ వారి దగ్గర్నుంచి ఎటువంటి సహకారం లభించకపోగా, పలు అవమానాలను చవిచూశాం.(మేము చట్టపరంగా కొనుగోలు చేసిన ఆస్తుల్ని, వారు అవి మీకు చెందవు వదిలేసుకోండి అని, పదే పదే వచ్చి మమల్ని ఇబ్బంది పెట్టకండి అని అసహ్యించుకునే వారు).

**మున్సిపల్ సిబ్బంది చెప్పేదేమనగా , 2311 సర్వే నం నందు గల భూముల్ని నంద్యాల మున్సిపాలిటికి AWARD NO .23/86 DT 23/09/1986 న స్వాధీనపరించినందున IRA 1908, Sec 22A కింద నిషేధిత జాబితాలో ఉంచడం జరిగింది అని(ఎటువంటి ఆధారాలు లేవు అని RTI Act ద్వార తెలిసినది).

***సదరు భూములు నిషేధిత జాబితాలో ఉన్న ఎడల 1995 సం" నుండి MRO,SRO ల సమక్షం లో చాలా స్థలాల లావాదేవీలు జరిగి భూములు మా బాధిత కుటుంబాల అధీనంలోకి ఎలా వస్తాయి?

****మాకు తెలిసిన సమాచారం మేరకు ఆ సర్వే నం లోని భూముల్ని సం" 2004 లో అప్పటి Nandyal మంత్రి గారి సూచన మేరకు నిషేధిత జాబితాలో ఉంచడం జరిగింది.

✓✓ ఇంకో విషయం ఏమనగా సర్వే నం 2311 ను 2 భాగాలుగా చేసి, 2311/2 ను శ్రీ రామకృష్ణ పి జి కాలేజీ యాజమాన్యం కింద స్వాధీన పరచబడి; 2311/1 కింద ఉన్న సామాన్యుల భూముల్ని నిషేధిత జాబితాలో ఉంచబడింది. ఇది పలు అనుమానాలకు తావిస్తోంది....

>>> మేము అందరం BPL/దిగువ మధ్య తరగతి కుటుంబాలకి చెందిన వారము, అయినప్పటికీ ప్రభుత్వమునకు చెల్లించవలసిన property tax,water bill,current bill లను సక్రమంగా కడుతూ వస్తున్నాం(కాపీలు జత చేయబడ్డాయి). మేము ఆ స్థలాల లో శ్యామా కాలువ వరదలలో, వర్షా కాలం బురద & విష సర్పాల మధ్య, చిమ్మ చీకట్లో జీవించే వారము.

మా భూముల కోసం పోరాడుతూ,ఎప్పటికైనా ఒక మంచి ప్రభుత్వం వచ్చి మా భూముల్ని మాకు అప్పగిస్తుంది అని చాలా ఆశతో ఉన్నాము. కొంతమంది పోరాడుతూ ఆ ఆశ తీరకుండానే చనిపోయారు.
మీరు తలచుకుంటే మా ఎన్నో ఏళ్ళ కలని, కొన్ని క్షణాలలో తీర్చేయగలరు.
