@TPEassist Hi, I was caught up in the cancellations / delays by the strike 24/4 from SYB>NCL. I missed my @LNER from York, arriving almost 2hrs late into NCL. They advised I need to claim with you for the full journey but my Delay Repay was just for 1st TP train. Can you advise?
