Good morning, do the announcements of each stop need to be so loud? I am hard of hearing but the volume is unnecessary! It could be turned down slightly. There is also a screen telling customers where they are.

@Edinburgh_CC It’s a communal bin store with recycling and general rubbish. They don’t push them up against the wall properly with the lid to the front and leave the gates wide open.
