@British_Airways Good morning, my husband & son travelled in January, and we have a household Avios account. Their executive club numbers were on the booking but the Avios haven’t tracked? I tried putting in their ticket number on the claim form but it wouldn’t accept it.
@British_Airways Hi, yeah, tried on my phone and on my laptop and same thing has happened. When I go to the patent page after inputting all of our details, under passenger names, it only shows mine, I put in card details and then comes up with the error.
@EE please advise me of an email address where I can put a formal complaint in writing. I have had an ongoing issue since April, nothing has been resolved & my complaint keeps being closed, yet you are charging me for an item I don’t have and have proof I do not have it. Fuming!
@TfL - been waiting an hour at Hillingdon hospital for the U2 to Hillingdon Station. What’s going on with this route?? Has to be the worst bus route in this borough!!!
@EE I have been on online chat, again, and been assured it will be delivered. But the delivery details on DPD haven’t updated since Friday, and the tracking info is limited. I am so fed up of having to keep spending my time chasing this up!!
@EE I’m trying to sort an order that was attempted to be delivered today but I needed a pin for it to be accepted. For some reason the pin was sent to an old Vodafone number I haven’t used for 2 years so they wouldn’t deliver it. I’m trying to sort out redelivery with no luck!!
@EE Hi, I have the roam abroad pass included in my price plan and got that text that the plan is changing. I’m confused as I travel to North America more than Europe, but have a Europe trip coming up. Can I switch between the EU and Zone 1 pass as and when needed?
@British_Airways If a holiday is booked with a 3rd party, like Love Holidays, but with BA flights, can you pre book BA seats in the manage my booking section on the BA site? The BA ref number shows the flights on the website, but doesn’t show the option to prebook seats etc?
@GreggsOfficial Hi, ordered 2 e gift cards, but I can’t upload to the app as there is no link on the email or anything? There is a code but can’t find anywhere in the app to put the code? How do I upload to the app? Thanks!
@nextofficial placed an order last week, didn’t receive a confirmation email so have no order number, but have received a text to say it’s delayed & money has come out of the bank. It’s still delayed, heard nothing since last week and with no order number how can I chase this?
