He said he gave it to either 3, 9 or 14 house number instead of mine. I checked with all three, no one received it. And now he's saying that he doesn't know ki product kaha gaya.
@AmericanExpress I uploaded my ckyc documents on 29th May then also my card got suspended on 1st July. I uploaded it again on 1st and till now it's not activated. What a poor service. I spend 2 hours daily trying to connect with the customer care and nothing happened till today.
