@makemytripcare @makemytrip and at last policy cancellation and refund r proposed to me..pathetic .. now taken policy from my own through other agency . 5 days total Taruma to a customer and no accountability to anyone and easily policy cancelled n matter closed

@makemytripcare @makemytrip pls update 😢 on my travel insurance policy doc which you booked on 27 May. Number of time all details given but no resolution yet. Now executive saying we can cancel your policy and refund the amt ..that is really nt a solution at last hours

I hv now no choice to get insurance from other insurance agency.
