@airindia Just walked into the new Air India Maharajah Lounge at T3 New Delhi and my jaw dropped. Live food counters, a bar well stocked, and an ambiance that puts every other lounge I've been to anywhere in the world to shame. Well done @TataCompanies. ๐ฎ๐ณ#AirIndia

@airindia I think your response is faster than that of your ground and on board crew. Only Wheelchair and families get priority boarding and they constitute 80% of the passengers. If paying and TMC Platinum customers are not provided basic courtesy , what are economy passengers getting?
Hey @airindia this is YYZ for you. Your own personnel are helpless. First class passenger not allowed priority security or boarding. I see Canadian staff being rude and pushy and your own staff standing helpless. If you cannot provide service stop the route. #AirIndia
