A month ago I thought cold calling meant pitching fast and clean. Now I think the calls that go somewhere are the ones where I shut up and let them talk first. The pitch was never the hard part — getting them to say the pain out loud before I open my mouth is.

Stop asking @ChatGPT or @claudeai to “do everything.”

That’s the wrong way to build with AI.

Instead:
→ Give it ONE job
→ Give it context
→ Give it the right tools
→ Let it execute
→ Check the output
→ Improve the workflow

The model matters
But the workflow matters more.
