@hansmeths @etihad Recently I had a bitter experience with @etihad as well with my booking and found the staff only more rude over the phone. Luckily my credit card company came to the rescue.. Yours is more serious than just financial loss. :(

Don't fall for this stopover promotion trap of @etihad . you will end up booking flights only to find out there is no availability of hotels even if the stay in July. I think they can keep one room under this scheme to get 100s of flight bookings but..
