Shocking! Officials dumped garbage outside banks in Krishna Dist for not toeing the line of AP State Govt. This depraved & callous state-sponsored act will reflect badly on our State's reputation. Where is the state headed with such outrageously uncivil actions?
@2019Seema@idesibanda@DFS_India Most of the officers take lease and hence remove HRA. Now look at the gross increase. Its hardly 5k in gross!! If u take away the deductions looks like v need to pay arrears to the bank.
The IBA should seriously resolve the issue of Wage Revision of bankers and bring the same at par with Central Govt. Employees.
Kindly consider @nsitharaman@FinMinIndia@IBA_org_in@ChairmanIba
@nsitharaman Dear Madam, Its because of gross injustice done to common bankers by IBA and Bank Unions combine, v had to resort to courts to demand for a decent pay. Salary of existing employees and pensions of retirees are worst. Please look at the pension a GM retired in 2002.
Entire banking fraternities appreciate the statement of our Hon. FM @nsitharaman Jee on long pending various wage revisions issues of bank employees as well as retirees. #5DaysBanking & #bankerprotectionact are also most important issues. We request to expedite these early.🙏
@nsitharaman Dear madam, Has there been any salary negotiation process that extends for 3 years and actual net hike is peanuts. Such a useless process. Please scrap this process between IBA and Bank Unions and bring us under Central Pay Commission madam. Pls recognise bankers.
@nsitharaman Dear Madam, This Dussehra please scrap the Salary negotiation process between Bank unions and IBA and bring us into the ambit of Pay Commission. Please recognise the services of 10 lakh bank employees madam towards nation building. We are economic soldiers of India.
@nsitharaman Out of the total insurance sum assured max of Rs. 40000 is allowed for claiming medical bills per annum. Whereas a retired pensioner and dependents r incurring on an average of Rs.10000 per month towards medicines. Please provide us medical benefits of Cent govt staff
@nsitharaman But in PSB banks, retirees have to purchase medical insurance with annual premium ranging from Rs. 30000 to Rs. 80000.And the sad part is banks are giving loans with interest to pay for the medical PREMIUM to the retirees. 2/2
@nsitharaman The condition of bank retirees is pathetic. Their pensions are very low and not updated for almost 25 to 30 years. All retired govt employees of central. And state level are given EHS cards for medical treatments. This way most of the medical cost is borne by EHS 1/2
@nsitharaman We PSB bankers request you to scrap this unproductive mechanism of Salary negotiations which is leading to undue delay and court cases and bring PSB bankers into the ambit of 7th pay commission madam. It is scientific and drafted by scholars of elite institutes. 2/2.
@nsitharaman Dear madam, Every single PSB banker is frustrated with the salary negotiations between IBA and Bank unions. Its almost 3 years and the salary hike offered in net salary is pathetic. Both the unions and IBA are least bothered about welfare of field level officers.1/2
@rkumar1958 Dear Sir. Happy retirement. Under your leadership you have revolutionised SBI in best HR practices, relavant recruitments in Fintech of the bank, bringing in YoNo app thats awesome and many other great things. Happy second innings sir!U r an Inspiration for many.
@Bankers_We Why don't u guys also get in touch with @ManimaranGV1 .Coz both are fighting for the same issue. If both the writs are clubbed I guess the courts can take it up on priority since large stakeholders are involved
