If you feel stuck, try this: Make a habit of looking at your work from 6 months ago. It’s easy to feel stuck when you’re zoomed in. You can’t see the progress you’re making. When you zoom out, the growth becomes clear. Days lie. Months and years don’t. When in doubt, zoom out.

Major cheat code for life: Tolerance for boredom. If you need constant novelty, you won't make it very far. Success isn't flashy. It's built through long periods of extremely disciplined, boring routines. To shine in the light, you have to embrace the boring work in the dark.
A mentor told me this: You're on the clock. Not metaphorically. Literally. Time is the one thing you never get back. Not money, energy, or opportunity. Time. Spend it with people you love. On work that lights you up. On a life you’re proud to live. Everything else is just noise.
I find that my life improves a lot when I shrink the time horizon. Instead of worrying about long-term goals, I just focus on the next hour. Do one thing that moves me forward. One closed loop. One workout. One hard conversation. One whatever. Thinking about how to build a successful life is daunting. How can you have a successful day? How can you win this hour? Do that. Then do it again. Momentum is a byproduct of movement.
BITCOIN RED TEAM FILES NEARLY 5,000 SECURITY FINDINGS ACROSS 390 PROJECTS IN FIRST 30 HOURS
Bitcoin Red Team member @callebtc says the group has grown to 16 researchers operating around the clock, filing 4,962 security findings across 390 Bitcoin-related projects in its first 30 hours.
The campaign has identified 85 critical and 635 high-severity vulnerabilities, averaging 166 findings per hour and 2.31 high-or-critical issues per researcher per hour.
Red Team member @Rob1Ham says the operation has now spent nearly $40,000 on AI-powered security analysis, with funding provided by OpenSats.
He said researchers are rapidly improving their AI harnesses through developer feedback, allowing models to uncover increasingly severe vulnerabilities, while the team’s focus is shifting toward faster disclosure coordination and scaling operations.
Bitcoin Red Team update: we've grown to 16 globally distributed people working 24/7
We're running a large-scale ecosystem security audit across bitcoin code bases.
27.5 hours in, we've filed 4,962 findings across 390 projects. 85 critical and 635 high severity issues.
We're at 2.31 h+c findings per person per hour
I’m convinced that the most important skill in life is the ability to just figure it out. You’ll face a lot of problems that you have no idea how to solve. There’s nothing more valuable than knowing you’ll see it through. That you’ll handle it. Do the work. Get it done. Repeat.
This is what a hero looks like.
A young lifeguard rescues a 10-year old boy while being punished by powerful waves in California.
What an incredible display of courage and determination.

Major cheat code for life: The ability to recognize things that don’t matter. The world will pressure you to care about every single thing. To chase every problem. To take every slight personally. To have opinions on everything. Reject that trend. Focus on a few, ignore the rest.
Life advice nobody told you: Be unapologetically yourself. When you edit your personality, you attract relationships that need constant maintenance. Something incredible happens when you stop filtering yourself to be liked. Right ones stick. Wrong ones walk. That’s a blessing.
JAMIE DIMON JUST MAPPED OUT WHAT THE NEXT 30 YEARS LOOK LIKE. STEP BY STEP. AND NOBODY IS TAKING IT SERIOUSLY ENOUGH.
WHAT HAPPENS NOW THAT THE CEO OF THE MOST PROFITABLE BANK IN HISTORY SAYS AI CHANGES EVERYTHING?
Here's what comes next, step by step:
🔴 Step 1 — Dimon says it. Twice. Years apart.
October 2023 on Bloomberg. March 2026 on CBS.
Same words. Same framing. Same certainty.
"Your kids are probably working three and a half days a week. They'll live to 100."
When a man repeats himself across three years, he's not riffing. He's reporting.
🔴 Step 2 — The infrastructure already exists
JPMorgan began building its AI team in 2017.
Hundreds of data scientists. Proprietary fraud models. Trading systems.
All before ChatGPT. All before the hype cycle.
This isn't a CEO who discovered AI at a conference. This is a CEO who bet the firm on it eight years ago.
🔴 Step 3 — The productivity math starts hitting the workforce
3.5 days a week isn't a dream. It's a productivity outcome.
When AI handles the repetitive cognitive load, human hours compress.
Dimon has framed this as net job creation — not displacement.
Both outcomes serve the same thesis: the nature of work is being restructured.
🔴 Step 4 — If Dimon does NOT get this right
The $58 billion in JPMorgan profit in 2025 was partly built on technology bets.
If AI stalls or overshoots, the bank's infrastructure investment becomes dead weight.
He has skin in this. He is not a spectator.
🔴 Step 5 — If Dimon DOES get this right
Cancer cure timelines compress. Materials science accelerates. Car crash deaths fall.
The 40-hour workweek — a construct from 1938 — quietly ends.
Every pension fund, every labor contract, every healthcare system gets repriced.
🔴 Step 6 — The market reaction will be slow, then sudden
Most people will dismiss this as optimism from a rich guy on TV.
Then the productivity data will start showing up in earnings.
Then the workweek compression will show up in labor reports.
Then everyone will say they saw it coming.
🔴 Step 7 — The credibility gap is the whole story
Tech founders say this and get called dreamers.
Dimon says it and runs the money for 200 million accounts.
The man who has to be right — because being wrong costs real people real money — is saying life gets better.
That is not the same sentence when he says it.
The question is not whether this escalates.
The question is how far.
Are you positioned for what comes next?
I'll keep you updated. Turn on notifications. 🚨
Society was built to make money.
Indifferent to your health and sanity.
For example, we did not evolve to:
+ sit 10 hours a day
+ have our attention fractured 300 times daily
+ compare ourselves to millions of others
+ travel 9 time zones in 13 hours
+ tolerate sounds above 85 dB causing hearing loss
+ outsmart algorithms hijacking our reward system
+ breathe fine particulate air pollution
+ live under 16+ hrs of artificial light a day
+ have 3 courses of antibiotics before age 2
+ eat ultra-processed foods for 60% of daily calories
+ consume 17 teaspoons of added sugar a day
So if you're feeling down in the dumps, maybe fatigued, a little or a lot depressed, anxious, that's why.
Money advice nobody told you: The only way to make a lot of money is to create a lot of value. No one hands out money. No one is going to pay you just because they like you or think you're cool. That's not the way the world works. Money earned is a direct byproduct of value created. Create value, receive value. If money is the goal, value has to be the focus. This isn't just some vague idea: The only way to get rich is to create an enormous amount of value for others, and capture a small portion of that along the way. It's not talking about the thing, it's not brainstorming about the thing, it's not asking about the thing, it's not thinking about the thing. The only way to create value is by doing the thing. And if you don't know where to start, look around you. Customers, colleagues, bosses, shareholders, employees. Every single one of them has a problem. What problems can you solve for the people around you? Figure them out, solve them, scale that solution. That's how you make money.
A few "boring" things I love:
- Going to bed early
- Waking up early
- Eating simple foods
- Saving money
- Moving my body
- Walking in silence
- Reading old books
- Avoiding drama
Boring is seriously underrated.
