இந்த 15,000 ரூபாய் SIP கணக்கு மேலோட்டமாக பார்க்கும்போது ஒரு கனவு போலத்தான் தெரியும். மாதம் 15,000 ரூபாய் வீதம் 30 வருடம் முதலீடு செய்தால் 5.29 கோடி ரூபாய் கிடைக்கும் என்கிறது இந்த கணக்கீடு. வெறும் 54 லட்சம் ரூபாய் அசலுக்கு 4.75 கோடி ரூபாய் லாபம். இந்த மேஜிக் எண்களை பார்க்கும்போது எல்லோருக்கும் ஒரு ஆர்வம் வரும்.

ஆனால் இதில் நிஜமாக ஜெயிக்கப்போவது நீங்களா அல்லது mutual fund நிறுவனங்களா என்பதுதான் கேள்வி. இந்த 12% return என்பது ஒரு ஊகம்தான். இந்த கதையில் ரிஸ்க் முழுக்க உங்களுடையது. மார்க்கெட் ஏறி இறங்கும்போது உங்கள் பணத்தின் மதிப்பு மாறும். ஆனால் அந்த 30 வருடமும் உங்களிடம் வசூலிக்கப்படும் expense ratio மூலம் இந்த fund-களை நிர்வகிக்கும் நிறுவனங்கள் எந்த நஷ்டமும் இல்லாமல் கல்லா கட்டும்.

யார் உண்மையில் விலை கொடுக்கிறார்கள் என்று பாருங்கள். 30 வருட ஒழுக்கமான முதலீடு என்பது வெறும் பணம் சம்பந்தப்பட்டது மட்டுமல்ல. உங்கள் தற்போதைய வாழ்க்கையின் தேவைகளை தள்ளி வைத்துவிட்டு, 360 மாதங்கள் தொடர்ந்து அந்த 15,000 ரூபாயை செலுத்த வேண்டும். ஒரு மாதம் தவறினாலும் compounding வேகம் குறையும்.

இதில் மிகப்பெரிய loser அந்த பணத்தின் எதிர்கால மதிப்புதான். இன்று 5 கோடி என்பது பெரிய தொகையாக இருக்கலாம். ஆனால் 30 வருடம் கழித்து அதன் வாங்கும் திறன் எவ்வளவு இருக்கும் என்று யாராவது சொல்கிறார்களா. இந்த எண்களை மட்டும் நம்பி இறங்காமல், பணவீக்கத்தையும் கணக்கில் கொண்டு திட்டமிடுவதுதான் புத்திசாலித்தனம். 30 வருடம் காத்திருக்க தயார், ஆனால் அந்த ரிஸ்க்கிற்கு தகுந்த பலன் கிடைக்குமா என்பதை நீங்கதான் யோசிக்கணும். 💰📈

When a Public Authority ensures that a straight forward information that has to be given under the RTI Act, 2005 is REFUSED, I know there is a THIEF in that office.

The Public Information Officer in Sri Arunachaleswarar Temple, Tiruvannamalai has unlawfully refused to give a copy of the annual audit report of the temple. It is clear that there is a THIEF working in the temple who wants to hide information. (Audit reports cannot be denied as per orders passed by State Information Commission)

The PIO has the audacity to say in her refusal that giving a copy of the audit report (after collecting charges) will unduly divert the resources of the temple.

I know for a fact that the Executive Officer functioning in this temple is functioning only as a FRAUD on the Statute.

Now I know there are more than one THIEF in this Holy, Ancient, Hindu Temple's Administration.

I request Hon'ble Minister Shri @RameshOffcl to look into this urgently.

Note: When IAS fellows who are Commissioners of @tnhrcedept disobey Court Orders which directed the publication of the temple audit reports, we can expect other frauds in the Department who are subordinates to the IAS fellow to do the same.

Good news from Madurai!

My PIL challenging the order of the Commissioner of @tnhrcedept unblocking TEMPLE LANDS of 4 temples in Karur District - for registration by the occupants - came up today. My counsel @niranjanlaw Niranjan Rajagopalan argued. Similarly case filed by Shri P Bhaskar opposing the said Commissioner's order and the HR&CE Department's unlawful moves came up together and was argued by none other than our Dharmic Lawyer B Jagannath.

The Hon'ble Division Bench was pleased to tag both the matters with the earlier petition filed by Shri Allikuttai Radhakrishnan, renowned Temple Activist and posted the same for further hearing on the 11th of August.

Very soon, we are hopeful of saving and safeguarding the 3085 acres of temple lands in Karur which the Commissioner, Secretary and other Govt Officials failed to protect.
