From the time my daughter was a little girl, she’s wanted to be a nurse who cared for children.
And today, watching her graduate, with a PICU fellowship waiting for her in July, I saw that little girl’s vision fully realized.
Watching her approach high school and college, year by year, with a focus and maturity far beyond her age was amazing to witness.
But more than her accomplishments, it’s who she is that fills me with the deepest joy: kind, determined, faithful, and full of light. She’s honored her dreams, honored her family, and honored the gifts God has given her.
As she steps into the next chapter, I know the world is brighter because she’s in it, and the future is better because she’s answering her calling.
Congratulations to my beautiful girl. ❤️
@HillNFur@SarahisCensored I guess that depends, she's in the medical field so she uses some of it. It also depends on the student. My daughter entered HS knowing what she wanted to do. She took the AP classes she knew could be applied towards her degree.
@SarahisCensored Sounds like the smart move. Little ones do occupy a lot of your time and I'm like you, the math she was doing looked alien to me lol. It's also good you found a school you like. In a few years you're going to be in this position again. You might not have the baby though 🙂
