I’m sure, with better cameras, they’ll also identify revenue per table.

Milton Friedman on 4 ways to spend money:
1) Your money on yourself (you’re careful about both cost and quality)
2) Your money on others (you care about cost, less about quality)
3) Someone else’s money on yourself (you care about quality, not cost)
4) Someone else’s money on others (you care about neither)
The last one is how government spending works 🚨
The Pricing decision :
“Pricing is not a math exercise. It is a customer value discovery exercise.”
Most #CPG brands fail because:
•They design a product
•Then add cost + margin
•Then hope customers pay
Winning CPG brands:
•Discover what outcome customers want
•Price that outcome
•Then design the product to fit the price
👉 Pricing comes BEFORE product decisions.

Shared memories , shared stories , shared past - creates connect .
Beautifully articulated. @ThisIsAnantha This resonates deeply because it speaks less to strategy and more to memory. Our shared past was never fragmented, only paused. The idea of connection through stories, rituals, languages, and lived familiarity feels organic, not imposed. It is about collaboration without control, influence without dominance. It reframes India’s soft power as shared strength, not assertion. If the future is built on trust and meaning, then reconnecting through cultural memory isn’t nostalgia — it’s time has come - only needs a platform.
Thank you
INDIAN UNION: AN IDEA WHOSE TIME HAS COME
Some ideas show up early. Some show up late. And some show up exactly when the world is exhausted enough, broken enough and desperate enough to finally get it. The Indian Union is one of those ideas. And its moment is right now.
Think of it as a community of countries, regions and cities that share Indian roots, languages, stories or just a vibe that feels familiar. Not bringing back some old empire. Not a political power play. Just something that makes total sense the second you hear it.
Here's the thing: the Indian world has always been like a big extended family scattered across a map.
India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Myanmar, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Mauritius, Fiji and chunks of East Africa already share cultural DNA. Same language families rooted in Sanskrit and Tamil. Same epic stories like the Ramayana. Same philosophical traditions from Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism and Sikhism.
But somehow the modern world acts like these places have nothing in common except connecting flights.
The Indian Union just connects the dots that history already drew.
It's basically LinkedIn but for countries with shared cultural heritage. Instead of matching people by job skills, it matches nations by civilizational skills. It's a professional network for countries that speak different languages but basically have the same cultural resume.
And what a resume it is. Languages like Tamil and Sanskrit aren't just languages. They're cultural operating systems that built everything from dance to math to philosophy across half the world. When someone lights a diya in Mauritius and someone lights one in Chennai, it's not two separate things. It's the same cultural heartbeat.
This is why the Indian Union feels way more natural than something like the Non-Aligned Movement ever did. That was just diplomatic theater. This is cultural reality finally getting political.
Here's how it works, broken into four parts:
CULTURE: Museums team up. Universities build Indian studies programs together. Movies get co-produced. You could literally follow a Ramayana trail from India to Cambodia to Indonesia to Sri Lanka. These aren't just tourist routes. They're cultural highways.
TECH: India Stack already proved that digital identity and payments can change millions of lives. Now imagine that expanded: shared health records, fintech partnerships, AI labs, startup visa programs. Instead of working alone, these countries plug into one massive innovation network.
POLITICS: Good ideas spread faster than bad news. When Sri Lanka figures out better fishing policies, Mauritius learns. When Indonesia cracks green energy, India adapts. It's collaboration without the BS politics.
ECONOMICS: Doors that individual countries can't open alone suddenly swing wide. Trade routes connecting Indian Ocean ports. Tourism packages across cultural circuits. Talent sharing agreements. The whole thing becomes an economic amplifier.
And here's the beautiful part: India doesn't run the show. India just hosts it. Like how a tree doesn't control the forest just because other plants grow around it.
If Europe could build the EU after centuries of wars, the Indian world can definitely build this after centuries of shared stories. If ASEAN could unite countries with completely different languages, this should be easy. We already share myths, calendars, alphabets and values.
The Indian Union also gives India something incredibly valuable: soft power that actually works. Not an empire. Not expansion. Just influence. Yoga, Ayurveda, Indian philosophy, Sanskrit: these are cultural technologies. When shared right, they become diplomatic superpowers.
Anyone can join however they want. Countries can join for trade. Cities for culture. Regions for tech partnerships. It's more like a living network than some rigid political structure.
But the real magic is psychological. It tells the Indian world that our shared past isn't just history. It's opportunity waiting to be unlocked. It tells India that real influence isn't about projecting power outward. It's about building something so good that others want to be part of it.
The world is tired of alliances built on fear. It's ready for alliances built on memory. Real, honest cultural memory.
The Indian Union is a home for Indic languages, Hindu-Buddhist-Jain-Sikh philosophies, familiar cuisines, and values that just feel right.
Countries that speak different tongues but think in similar patterns.
This isn't some grand project. This is just calling something by its real name. And the world is finally ready to hear it.

Indigo will need to fix what is broke, with transparency and action to regain the trust so as to remain No 1 airline in market share and mindshare.

Your story is the cage. Change the story, change the outcome.
Action
•Identify ONE limiting story stopping you (e.g., “Market is crowded,” “I’m not ready,” “I don’t have resources”).
•Replace it with an empowered identity statement:
*“I am the category of one. I create demand where none existed.”*
•Write it where you’ll see it DAILY.
