Met a guy making $1.4 million a year as a prompt engineer.
I asked him how he learned prompting so well.
He sent me a video that was never supposed to get out. Andrew Ng's 2 hour prompting course.
You wont find anything better about prompting than this video.
I watched it last night.
Halfway through, I realized I have been using Claude completely wrong for years.

⚠️ DELETE THESE FROM YOUR CV, UNLESS THEY ARE SPECIFICALLY REQUIRED
A CV is not a dumping ground for every detail about your life.
For most job, scholarship, admission and fellowship applications, remove unnecessary personal information and focus on what is relevant.
Do not include:
1. Marital status
2. Religion
3. Number of children
4. Blood group
5. Passport number, unless specifically requested
6. Primary school details, if you have attended college or university
7. Secondary school details, unless it is directly relevant or you have limited higher education history
8. Hobbies, unless they are relevant to the role or show useful skills
9. Unprofessional email addresses
10. Long paragraphs. Use clear bullet points instead.
11. Irrelevant work experience, unless it shows transferable skills relevant to the role
Adding extra information just to make your CV longer can weaken your application.
Keep it focused. Keep it relevant. Keep it professional.
HOW TO STRUCTURE AN ACADEMIC CV FOR ADMISSION, SCHOLARSHIPS OR FELLOWSHIPS
Your academic CV may include:
➤ Name
Use your full name as it appears on your official documents or passport.
➤ Contact details
Include your professional email address, phone number, LinkedIn profile and, where relevant, ORCID or Google Scholar profile.
➤ Education
Include institution, degree, field of study, dates, thesis or project title, supervisor if relevant, and major academic achievements.
➤ Research experience
Include undergraduate, master’s, laboratory, field, data analysis or assistantship experience. Focus on what you did, the methods used and the outcome.
➤ Teaching experience
Include tutoring, teaching assistantship, mentoring, laboratory demonstration or voluntary teaching experience where relevant.
➤ Professional experience
Include roles that are relevant to your academic, research or career direction.
➤ Publications
Include published papers, accepted papers and credible manuscripts under review. Do not invent publications.
➤ Conferences and presentations
Include oral presentations, posters, workshops and invited talks where relevant.
➤ Awards, scholarships and honours
Include relevant academic awards, grants, prizes, scholarships and distinctions. Avoid very old or minor awards unless they strengthen your profile.
➤ Technical and research skills
List skills you can genuinely use, such as laboratory techniques, software, data analysis tools, languages, field methods or writing skills.
➤ Professional memberships
Include relevant associations, societies or networks.
➤ Volunteering and leadership experience
Include only experiences that show responsibility, service, leadership, teamwork or community contribution.
➤ Continuing education
Include relevant online courses, certificates, workshops or training. Prioritise recognised and relevant ones.
Additional tips:
➤ Use a clean, professional format.
➤ Check spelling, grammar and consistency.
➤ Do not add fake experience, fake skills or fake publications.
➤ Do not hide a required CGPA if the application asks for it.
➤ You may omit your CGPA if it is not required and does not strengthen your application.
➤ Add hyperlinks only where useful, such as ORCID, Google Scholar, publications, portfolios or certificates. Make sure the links work and the files are accessible.
Most importantly:
When an employer, university, scholarship body or funder gives specific CV instructions, their instructions take precedence.
If they ask for a one-page CV, submit one page.
If they ask for passport number, CGPA, publications, referee details or a particular format, follow their instruction.
