Working with #ratdetection , a specialist company that just deals with CCTV surveys for rats. They have more specialised kit than us and found some faults that should solve problems. Great result!
1. Experts=sapiens 2x knowledge now about every 13 months. We are zoom-learning Covid 19-human interface. So…what about the rodent inquiline interface?
2. Since billions of viruses fit /lodge below 18 nails of 1 rat emerging from 1 sewer & not properly washing paws coming/going to our surfaces /everyday objects, what does that mean? Nothing? Something?
i have often joked with clients that my reoccurring nightmare is that a new virus kills all sewer rats, we lose the business and end up in the poor house, WOW is that the ignorance or arrogance of man, or both ?

Lazy builders using pan connectors instead of pipe adaptors/couplings, probably saved himself a couple of £££ ...... and caused major rat infestation for the client, bathroom cabinet out, floor up .....problem solved
Start spreading the newwwws! 🗽 In #PPC98 we spoke to Davy and his team at https://t.co/lLd70r81NO, who took a trip to see the rats of NYC. Read: https://t.co/qJhF7UjlIy #PestControl#PestNews
Drain surveyors work in straight lines, Rats dont !, if your surveyors not getting into blind junctions its a part survey. 5yr infestation solved yesterday, two previous surveys at the property found no defects
So today we surveyed a school with a 5yr infestation, 2 previous surveys of the same drainage runs failed to find the defects allowing rats to leave the drains.. #Training
Out with a Berks Environmental Health Dpt today 3 houses surveyed & defect found, 2 poor quality, part drain surveys carried out in the past EHO stepped in and called us after attending our Drain & Sewer Pest Awareness Course run in conjunction with Killgerm
Ran our Sewer Pest Awareness Course in Birmingham today for @Killgerm Dozen pesties from a National Contractor hopefully up to speed on common drainage faults that allow rats to enter buildings
Had a fantastic week in NYC with @rodentologist, learned so much about rodent behaviour and hopefully added some valuable knowledge to a few guys who work out here on rodent control
