@amyparsnips @FirstBSA It's terrible, it doesn't make sense that the "local teams" (their term) aren't told to immediately make contact with all the help teams to send an announcement when a diversion is put in place. In this age of instant communication, it is poor.

@FirstBSA It staggers me that First hadn't bothered to alert their own help teams about the fact routes have been diverted. Complete lack of foresight or empathy for commuters who have fixed work start times! And they wonder why we stop using their buses... Ah well. Thanks!
